Can Filling & Seaming Line
A complete can line — infeed conveyor, rinser, foam filler, lid inserter and seamer — built to run beverages and food products at up to 2,000 cans per hour, in pneumatic or electric (no compressor) configurations.
One continuous line, from empty can to sealed can
The complete can line is a new line designed to handle up to 2,000 cans per hour (CPH). It carries the can from infeed through to a sealed, ready-to-ship product in a single continuous process: infeed conveyor, rinser, foam filling, lid inserter and seamer, all working together on one modular frame.
Two build options: the line is available in a pneumatic model and an electric model. The electric version requires no compressor, which suits factories that want to avoid running a separate compressed-air system.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the capacity of the Haddad can line?expand_more
The complete can line is designed to handle up to 2,000 cans per hour (CPH), covering infeed, rinsing, foam filling, lid insertion and seaming in one continuous line.
Is a compressed air supply required?expand_more
The line is available in two models: a pneumatic version that uses compressed air, and an electric version that requires no compressor at all — useful if you want to avoid running a separate air system.
What cleaning and hygiene systems are included?expand_more
The line includes CIP (Clean-in-Place) for tool-free cleaning and UV lighting, alongside a PLC/HMI controller and servo-driven motion for consistent, repeatable filling and seaming.
Can the line be customized for our can size or beverage type?expand_more
Yes. Our engineers configure the infeed, rinser, filler and seamer to match your can diameter, product viscosity and target output, and can add further options on request.
